I was struggling with burn out while in financial struggle. Working with Africa has been a mix of calming delight, and big insights. She helped me simplify my business and increase my subscription and private rates in such a way that I am can give my best in work, and still have the mental and emotional space for me in my in-between, and off hours. Africa gave me a business foothold (and philosophy) I'd been fumbling to find and understand to fit well with my pace and morals.

Before working with Africa, I was a blind person leading myself, armed with a stack of books, podcasts, blogs and videos I could not get through fast enough, nor clean enough of my biases. She's so well read and experienced, she truly helps you separate the wheat from the chaff at a pace that's grounded in the realities of business pace and life obligations.

I love every recording, both video and transcripts, I get with Africa, whether it's a course, or meeting. I can replay or re-read them all to keep reiterating and learning what is new to me, and shifting what my business could be. She is well-organized and understands we all learn differently. There is an amazing infrastructure that makes learning accessible for all kinds of learners, including neurodivergent.

Two years ago, I had my first course with Africa. Last year was my first year business coaching with her. I am extremely appreciative to finally have a foothold in my business to move forward. I had been trying and trying on my own before, and every year, almost season, felt like I had to revamp and restart, again and again. My experience with Africa is that business coaching is phenomenal. She's very intelligent, well read, a breadth of experiences, and she is an intellectual and strategizing marathoner. All with poise, sometimes a calming bit of song, and great patience to communicate until it makes sense.
